What kind of assets do you underwrite?

We specialize in underwriting a variety of properties, including single-family homes, multifamily units with fewer than 100 units, and retail or industrial properties under 100,000 square feet.

What exactly do I get in the underwriting report?

You’ll receive a clear breakdown of the deal’s strengths and weaknesses, estimated cash flow, and projected returns. You also receive a free copy of our underwriting spreadsheet and our due diligence checklist.

What kind of experience will my underwriter have?


All of our underwriters have successfully completed over 20 deals and personally own a minimum of 40 rental units. Each underwriter has also undergone a rigorous screening process to ensure they meet our high standards of expertise and professionalism before joining our team. You can trust that you're in capable hands!

What if I'm unhappy with my report?

You'll have 24-hours from receiving the underwriting to dispute the report. If we find obviously negligence on the part of the underwriter we will refund you the report as well as give you a free credit for an additional report.

 How do I know if this works for me?

If you feel that you could benefit from assistance in understanding the underwriting report, we strongly recommend scheduling a 30-minute call with your dedicated underwriter. They will guide you through the report, explaining each section in detail and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.​
